Translation Editor

Text/table-based translation workspace for bulk review.

The Translation Editor is the structured text workspace for a Page or Post.

Use it when you want:

• search
• status filtering
• source-type filtering
• a compact list of segments
• Translation Memory suggestions
• glossary-assisted suggestions
• bulk review and editing

Progressive display

Large pages can contain hundreds of segments. The editor initially shows a manageable subset and can progressively reveal more results rather than rendering an enormous admin page at once.

Repeated text

Repeated source phrases can be identified so one translated occurrence can be copied into empty repeated occurrences.

Rescan

Use Rescan page/post when the underlying builder content changed or after a scanner upgrade.

Text Editor versus Visual Editor

Use Translation Editor for bulk structured work. Use Visual Editor for in-context corrections on the rendered site.
