Site activation tiers, premium entitlement and expiration behavior.
Stardetha can sell Instant Language Switcher using multiple activation tiers. The initial commercial plan model is:

Activation limits
The licensing server is the source of truth for activation counts. A customer can deactivate an old site and activate another site when allowed by their plan and store policy.
Premium entitlement
In v0.20.0 the primary premium entitlement is binary: the site either has a valid commercial entitlement (or active grace period) for premium operations, or it does not.
An active entitlement unlocks:
- automatic provider generation
- whole-site translation automation
- queue processing/retries
- rendered discovery
- Visual Editor automatic missing-text translation
- licensed update delivery
Expiration behavior
Expiration is intentionally non-destructive.
License expires

Existing stored translations remain
↓
Frontend multilingual delivery continues
↓
New premium generation / update entitlement stops
This prevents a billing or connectivity event from suddenly breaking a customer's public multilingual website.
Future plan-specific features
The entitlement layer is designed so later releases can add plan-specific capabilities such as Stardetha Translation Cloud, centralized Translation Memory, glossary sync, analytics, multisite management or enterprise support without changing the core local translation model.
