Database Schema
Plugin-owned tables and their responsibilities.
The database schema version in v0.20.0 is 1.3.0.
Tables use the WordPress table prefix followed by ist_.

Segment identity
Segments store:
- object ID/type
- element ID
- field key
- source language/text/hash
- context
Translations are unique per (segment_id, language).
Translation records
Segment translations include:
- translated text
- status
- source hash
- revision
- updated-by user
- timestamps
Translation Memory
Memory is indexed by source language, target language and source hash and keeps usage metadata.
Jobs
Job items are unique within a job by (job_id, item_type, item_id) and track queued/processing/completed/failed state, attempts and error text.
Logs
Logs include severity, channel, event key, message, structured context, provider, job/object/user IDs, request ID and timestamp.
